• There's an extremely well stocked and friendly corner shop/off licence only 2 minutes walk away, open every day 9am-10pm. Also large supermarkets five minutes walk away. Petrol stations couple minutes drive away.
  
• The house is a 2 minute walk to the all bus routes and also takes you straight into Bham city centre, or, train station is only 4 minutes walk away, or if youre driving, its about 20 minutes in rush hour to the city centre.
  
• The house is 5 minutes walk from 2400 acre Sutton Park and its associated attractions, lakes, wetlands and nature reserves. The Belfry golf course is only a five minutes drive away.
  
• It is a 2 minute drive to Wyndley Leisure Centre where there is a swimming pool, golf course, gym, badminton, indoor sports, sailing clubs and much more.
