You will be sharing with a professional person who works from home as a Photographer and an owner at Harold Wood, straight male, 49, Deaf, Smoker,(The house will be no smoking zone of course, unless you want to smoke outside in the patio or in the studio loft). Easy to get along with and keeps the house clean.

The landlord preferably liked to have a professional lady, but willing to accept a professional man, no request is too small. The flat will also be within walking distance of the 2012 Olympics when catching the train from Harold Wood Station to Stratford in 20 mins.

Lots of closet space and the house itself are pretty cool. It's got wooden and carpet flooring, leather sofas, rugs, wireless, sky, LCD TV, washing and tumble dryer. Everything you would need small utensil wise for a kitchen, you probably wouldn’t really need to bring anything to move in. Because all the bills are included, The area is pretty good connections, bus, BR train to most places and the nearest Shopping is Tesco which is about 10 min walk and 5 min from the M25 by driving. There is no deposit to start and you can move in as soon as you’re ready to pay me when it starts in 9th August 2010. Would maybe just ask for some references to talk to.

I am seeking a profesional people (lady would be nice for a change!) to rent a room in my own home. They will have a En-Suite, shower and own toilet and are based in Ground floor with access to Patio. A Single room with a good sized single bed with next room for computer workspace shared with shower, toilet, and bath.

The Ground Floor is now available as the last one let me down at the last minute and now have reduced the monthly rent from £500 to £450 and single room £400 and possible renogiate.
